Detects tokens where marketcap is growing rapidly over a short period The filter takes the current MarketCap and divides it by the value from 30 seconds ago (Current MarketCap / MarketCap 30s ago)

This rule applies to all Δ filters

Example Δ MarketCap: 1.1 If a token’s current market cap is $200,000 and it was $180,000 30 seconds ago, the filter calculates 200,000 / 180,000 = 1.11, so it is considered passed.
